Cartwheel Kids Clothes Savings at Target

Right now the target app Cartwheel has a 20% off all Circo brand girls clothes. This works in the clearance rack too! I just bought my daughter a bunch of new clothes and paid no more than $7 for any one item. Most were under $3.00!
