Its really simple and you can save a lot of money on items you were planning to purchase anyway! Basically you browse through the discounts that are available, add them to your "Cart Wheel" and then either print the page or show the page on your smart phone to the cashier. There will be a bar code for her to scan. It says you can use the same Cart Wheel up to 6 times each day, so for you super couponers out there that's a bonus!
